To move between tabs on your internet browser: press command and the number 1 (if it was the first tab on the left) 2 (if it was the 2nd) and so on and so forth.
To go to the bottom (or top) of the page: Command and down (or up) arrow key
To find a certain word or phrase on your screen: Press command, shift, and the "f" key. Then type in the word at the bottom of the page. It will appear highlighted on your screen.
